Our entire menu is gluten-free and plant-based, prepared fresh in our kitchen. Many of our dishes are raw vegan, and we use almost exclusively organic ingredients.
All of our dishes are nutritious and delicious. We focus on fresh, local & healthy takeout dishes with no refined sugars, artificial additives or preservatives.

- Monday – Garden Salad with Dill Cheese or Falafel Salad (rotates weekly)
- Tuesday – Over the Top Taco Salad in a Jar with organic walnut “meat” and hemp cilantro lime dressing
- Wednesday– Over the Top Taco Salad with walnut “meat” and hemp lime dressing
- Thursday –Soba Noodle Bowl made with 100% buckwheat noodles, fresh organic vegetables and our popular sesame sauce.
- Friday – Long Live Caesar Kale served with dehydrated rosemary crackers and raw vegan parmesan cheese
- Saturday – Thai Garden Wraps with mango, mint, fresh organic vegetables and our famous Dragon sauce
- Sunday – Rad Pad Thai Noodles with our Thai-inspired raw almond ginger sauce
We offer a variety of cooked, heart-warming options to keep you nourished all year long.
- Daily Soup – seasonal vegetable soups – creamy, chunky, flavourful always with fresh organic ingredients
- Better Breakfast Bagel – our homemade chipotle ‘mayo’ and fresh cashew cheese with tomato, spinach on a gluten-free bun. It really is better!
- Quinoa Bowls – cooked quinoa with baked tempeh, topped with raw spiralized noodles, veggies, sprouts and our delicious homemade sauces. (Dragon, Macro, Bombay)
- Sherpa’s Dahl – cooked quinoa with an Indian spiced dahl of red lentils, tomatoes, onions, garlic, garam masala
- Madras Chickpea Curry over Quinoa – chickpeas, potatoes, onions, collards, apples, spices
- Chili Sin Carne – chili, beans, peppers, tomatoes (not available in the summer)
- Black Bean Burgers – black beans, gluten-free rolled oats, sunflower seeds, sweet potato, onion & spices with our homemade “mayo” and cilantro lime dressing on a gf bun
- Herbed Polenta – organic cornmeal with fresh herbs and veggies

- Chia Pudding of the Day - lemon pie, vanilla, raspberry, chocolate, orange blossom
- Cherry Garcia Overnight Oats - gluten-free oats, chia, hemp, cherries, flax, maple syrup
- Live It Up Sushi - Asian sunflower seed pate and fresh vegetables
- Kale Salad of the Day - Curried Kale or Kreamy Tahini Kale
- Kale & Roots Salad - roasted root vegetables
- Thai Coconut Curry Salad - cauliflower, peas, cilantro, cashews, lime, ginger, onion
- Spiralized Sweet Potato with Creamy Alfredo Sauce - cashews, red pepper, nutritional yeast
- Spicy Thai Salad - cabbage, cashews, cilantro, lime, sesame oil, thai peppers
- Veggie Kraut Sandwich - our popular sunflower pate, sauerkraut and pickles on 100% buckwheat bread
- Organic Quinoa Salad with Seasonal Vegetables
- TuNO Pate - walnuts, apples, celery, red onion, dulse, carrots, garlic
