Even better than a vegetarian restaurant, all our dishes are prepared fresh daily in our 100% gluten-free and 100% vegan kitchen.  Many of our dishes are raw vegan, and we use almost exclusively organic ingredients (the occasional ingredient is unavailable).  With a focus on fresh, local & healthy takeout dishes, we use a variety of herbs to season for exquisite flavoring, avoiding artificial additives, preservatives, dyes, colors, etc.  Looking for a full-day’s meal?  Check out our ultra nutritious raw box!

The following dishes will typically be available everyday:

We make all of our cold pressed juices with organic ingredients; made fresh every Tuesday and Friday mornings (now ready for pickup at 8 am!)

During the cooler Ottawa months, we offer the following cooked dishes (rotated on a weekly basis): quinoa bowl
